A Yoppii is defined as a yogahappening yogi. Yogahappening invites you to contribute your mantras to the list as a comment or email us.
- When you yell keep it short.
- Recover fast.
- Love 88% of your neighbours.
- Don’t judge meat eaters.
- Don’t judge non meat eaters.
- Wear Lululemon to work.
- Ride your bike to yoga.
- Wear a helmet.
- Take all religious holidays off work so you can go to a yoga class.
- Keep your friends close to you.
- Make a friend.
- Keep a friend.
- Forgive a friend.
- Call your parents.
- Accept differences.
- Put yourself in an uncomfortable position off the mat.
- Know how to do advance postures by knowing how to do them.
- Advanced yoga is about being aware of your body. Not what the person is doing next to you.
- Go to a farmer’s market once a week.
- Drink local beer.
- Eat local cheese.
- Know where the steak you are eating is raised.
- Practice yoga outside.
- Have picnic under a tree.
- Send thank you cards not texts.
- Leave your cell phone at home for an entire weekend.
- Be chariable.
- Love the body you’re in.
- Be content with less.
- Plant a garden.
- Get a pedicure once a month.
- Drink coffee because you love it, not because you NEEEEED it.
- Know what you’re afraid of and take steps to change that relationship.
- Laugh more. (both alone & in front of others.)
- Look at the sky.
- Smile at puppies (easy), smile at babies (easy), smile at old people (easy), & smile at everybody in between.
- Embrace your uniqueness. There will NEVER be another you in the entire lifetime of this universe.
- Rock out. (like you MEAN it.)
- Consider a smile a gift – give generously.
- Never mind what your pose LOOKS like… what does it FEEL like?

Don’t wear Lululemon. Wear clothing made locally (maybe even by yourself!)
